They also assist their clients in the interpretation of local regulations and provide expertise indispensable in negotiations with the appropriate authorities in all procedures directly related to any change of use that may be required.

   Stated Value: Up to 44,000 EURO:
   Fee: 1,5%
   Stated Value: Over 44,000 EURO:
   Fee: 0,5% - 0,9%
 Real Estate Agency Fee:
   Upon Agreement

Recapitulation:
An investor would have to account a total of
10-15% expense, on top of the list price asked for the property.
